For the past decade, my commitment has been to deepen my connection with Mother Earth and Spirit, and journey with others towards the same.

I currently live on Lenape-Storied land, in what is now called the Catskill Mountains, of NY.

For me, this has involved learning about the life & death cycles of the earth, and other beings who inhabit this place,

this involves fully inhabiting my body, the slice of earth I’ve been endowed with in this life,

as well as the complexities of human relating and human-created systems.

In university, I studied ecology, sustainable agriculture, herbal medicine, and land management.

Since then I’ve been delving deep into embodiment and relational practices, including contact improvisation movement and relatefulness, both of which I lead and teach.

I’ve also spent time studying water dance, aquatic bodywork & earth-based spiritual philosophy.

I am a 4th-year student in an earth-based healing school, teaching Niasziih philosophies of healing.

And I have been trained in Relateful Leadership with The Relateful Company.
